Privacy Policy
In short
- We collect your email only if you give it to us, and use it only to contact you about blnkt early access.
- We don't use cookies, advertising trackers or tracking pixels, and we never sell your data.
- You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing privacy@blnkt.ai.
1. Who we are
blnkt is an employee security posture management product currently in private beta. blnkt is not yet incorporated; the website at blnkt.ai and the early access list are operated by the blnkt founders, who act as the data controller for the personal data described in this policy ("blnkt", "we", "us"). When blnkt is incorporated, we will update this policy with the company's legal details.

2. What we collect
When you join the early access list
- Your email address, which you type into the form.
- The date and time you signed up.
- The page address you signed up from, which can include campaign tags (for example
utm_source) if you arrived through a link that contained them.
When you visit the website
- Aggregated usage statistics through Vercel Web Analytics: pages viewed, referring site, country, browser, operating system and device type. It does not use cookies. Visitors are counted using a hash of the incoming request that is discarded after 24 hours, so we cannot identify you or follow you across sites or days.
- Server logs kept by our hosting provider, Vercel, which include your IP address and browser details. These are used to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, and are kept only for a short period.
We do not collect sensitive data, and we do not buy or combine data about you from other sources.
3. How we use it, and our legal basis

We will not send you unrelated marketing, and every email we send will let you opt out.
4. Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the website, each of which processes it on our behalf:
- Google (Google Sheets and Apps Script): stores the early access list.
- Vercel Inc.: hosts the website and provides Web Analytics.
Our fonts are served from our own domain, so visiting the site does not send your data to font providers. We may also disclose data if required by law.
5. International transfers
Google and Vercel may process data in the United States. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, these providers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses to protect it.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you. Analytics data is aggregated and contains no personal identifiers. Server logs are kept by Vercel for a limited period according to its own retention policy.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, and in particular if you are in the EU, EEA or UK, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- correct inaccurate data;
- have your data deleted;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what we did before you withdrew it;
- object to, or ask us to restrict, processing based on legitimate interest;
- receive your data in a portable format.
To use any of these rights, email privacy@blnkt.ai from the address you signed up with. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Security
The website is served only over HTTPS, and access to the early access list is restricted to the blnkt founders' accounts. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
9. Children
blnkt is a business product. The website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we use data you've already given us, we'll email you before it takes effect.
