In short
- This website describes a product that is still in development. Joining the list doesn't create a contract to buy or supply anything.
- Use the site lawfully and don't try to break or abuse it.
- The blnkt name, logo and content belong to us.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the website at blnkt.ai (the "site") and to joining the blnkt early access list. The site is operated by the blnkt founders; blnkt is not yet incorporated ("blnkt", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
These terms cover the website only. If you later use the blnkt product, for example as a beta participant or customer, separate terms will apply and will be agreed with you before you start.
2. The early access list
- Joining the list is free and does not oblige you, or us, to anything. It is not an order, a reservation or a contract for services.
- We choose beta participants and design partners at our discretion, and we cannot guarantee that everyone on the list will be offered access.
- Any benefits mentioned on the site, such as a free posture assessment or design-partner pricing, are indicative. They will be confirmed in writing before they apply to you.
- Please sign up only with an email address you're entitled to use. You can leave the list at any time; see our privacy policy.
3. Product descriptions
blnkt is in private beta. Features, capabilities, timelines and comparisons on the site describe what we are building and intend to offer. They may change, and they are not a commitment that any feature will be available in a particular form or at a particular time.
Statistics and incidents cited on the site come from the third-party sources named next to them. We believe them to be accurate, but we don't guarantee them.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
- submit someone else's email address without their permission, or submit fake, automated or bulk signups;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting or connected services, or interfere with how they work;
- scrape, copy or mirror the site at scale, or use it to build a competing product.
If you find a security issue on the site, please report it responsibly to privacy@blnkt.ai instead of exploiting it.
5. Intellectual property
The blnkt name, logo, visual design, text and code of the site belong to blnkt or its licensors. You may link to the site and share its pages. You may not use our name or logo in a way that suggests an endorsement or partnership without our written permission.
Other product and company names mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners.
6. No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". The content is for general information only and is not security, legal or professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the site, including that it will be available, error-free or free from harmful components.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, blnkt is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. Because the site is free to use, our total liability to you in connection with it is limited to EUR 100.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. It also does not affect any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
8. Links to other sites
The site may link to third-party websites. We don't control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the product and the company develop. We'll change the date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which blnkt's operator is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. We will state the specific governing law and courts here once blnkt is incorporated.
